I guess I consider the OP resolved.
- We changed to a more “friendly” date format in emails (llll)
- We allow pinning timezone in emails to non UTC timezones via the setting
discourse_local_dates_email_timezone
@aidanheerdegen it should be on your instance in a week or 2 but if you wish to rush an update shoot off an email to team@discourse.org!
