您好，我是新手——但我从 2004 年开始运行一个 phpBB 站点。是时候向前看了。

我在转换数据库方面取得了一些成功，但我收到了一些如下警告：

`WARN – : Bad date/time value “0000:00:00 00:00:00”: mon out of range`

有人建议我在导入之前将 phpbb\_backup.sql 文件中出现的此类情况替换为 `1970-01-01`，但它们在文件中任何地方都不存在。我如何确切地找出脚本在抱怨什么（以及哪个主题或帖子），以及如何修复它？
