@Teruteru – I was able to replicate this also. This happened to me in both Advanced and Simple mode of the calendar tool. Here are the steps to replicate:

1. Select ‘+ New Topic’ on front page of forum
2. Choose the calendar option from the post tool menu
3. Click the year and only a small line will appear (happens to me in both advanced and simple)

_This also happens in FireFox_
