我认为你把事情复杂化了？

这只是被测量值的百分比变化。就是这样。

如果第一个数字是 10，第二个数字是 12，那么百分比增幅是 20%。

作为比较，看看那些 _不是_ 百分比的度量，它们的工作方式完全相同。
