Deactivating a user prevents the Admin from seeing its settings

I don’t know if this a feature request or a support question…

but if I’ve disabled a user, I can’t see their profile to see what their settings were

Ideally, ALL their settings would be on the admin page, as requested here.

This has bit me again… I’m trying to correct the username of someone who hasn’t activated their account.

when I click Change Username on the Admin page, instead of being able to do it there, I’m taken to their user profile page… which is a 404 since they aren’t active.

There are a number of other threads which center around an admin having to swap between Admin & User profile page… is there a plant to unify this, so we can do it all in the admin?
