# 선동적인 게시글을 작성하는 정신적으로 불안정한 사용자와의 대응

포럼에 메인 토론을 방해하지 않는 것이 바람직하지 않은 콘텐츠가 있었습니다. 하지만 사용자를 완전히 침묵하게 하고 싶지도 않았습니다. 그래서 게시글을 이동할 수 있는 “백룸(back-room)” 카테고리를 만들었습니다. 그곳에서는 토론이 계속될 수 있지만, 해당 주제들은 최신 게시글 목록에 표시되지 않습니다.

사용자의 동기 여부에 따라 달라지는 것 같지만, 그들의 감정 표출이 메인 대화에 영향을 미치지 못하면 흥미를 잃고 마는 경우가 많습니다.
