# "Default to post-voting topic" settings reset after rebuild

# description
This weekend I had meticulously ensured every category had the setting “default to post voting topic” enabled. Last night I rebuilt my discourse image. Today, all of those checkboxes are disabled.
# expected behavior
settings should hold their state after a rebuild

I can’t be certain of the cause of the reset because a lot has happened in that time frame, but I would imagine rebuilding reset those settings.
has anyone else experienced this?
