# Default topic timer for category?

Is it possible to set a default topic timer for a category? Ideally I’d like all new topics made within a subcategory to have a 3 month timer after which replies are deleted.

Hello 👋
I’ve just had a look through some category settings and it appears that this is not an option yet.
You can manually set topics to automatically delete replies via the topic admin wrench and selecting ‘set topic timer’

Thanks… would be a cool feature if you’re ever working in that area. Will do manually for now though.
