Hi @sam, I’m first-time contributor and am interested in working on Discourse for this round of Outreachy.

I went ahead and created PR for this. [UX: Improve Delete Tag Confirm Message by majakomel · Pull Request #5227 · discourse/discourse · GitHub](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/5227). I only added english text, for other languages text stays the same.
