当用户被删除时，其用户名将被释放，以便再次使用。如果您想阻止该用户名，可以将该用户名手动添加到您的 `reserved usernames` 管理员设置中。但是，这并不能阻止他们使用其他用户名进行注册。

不过，当您“删除并阻止”用户时，其 IP 和电子邮件将被添加到 screened IP 和 screened email 列表中，这将阻止他们使用这些信息进行注册或登录。
