# 删除系统消息的版主副本给用户？

作为我们论坛的管理员，当用户信任等级提升时，工作人员会收到系统消息的副本，例如“感谢您与我们共度时光！”。我一直随意地归档这些消息，因为我认为工作人员无需查看它们。
我想确认一下这是否是个错误：从管理员收件箱中归档这些消息，是会同时将其从用户端移除，还是仅在我们的视图中隐藏？另外，我想知道我们是否需要归档成千上万条此类消息的副本，但又不想冒险在用户阅读之前将其删除。

只有在“站点联系组名称”设置中添加了组名，工作人员才会收到系统消息的通知。

归档这些私信仅会将其归档至您的版主收件箱，不会影响目标用户阅读该私信的能力。
