# 환영 배너 설정 활성화 이해하기 어려움

누군가 이 부분을 이해하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을까요? 설정이 반대 방향으로 작동할 거라고 기대하고 있어서, 아주 명백한 것을 놓치고 있는 것 같습니다.

설명의 내용은 다음과 같습니다.

> 메인 토픽 목록 페이지에 배너를 표시하여 회원들을 환영하고 사이트 콘텐츠 검색을 허용합니다.

그래서 저는 이렇게 기대했습니다:

체크박스 선택 → 환영 배너 표시  
체크박스 해제 → 배너 표시 안 함

하지만 정반대의 상황이 발생합니다:
