Hello,
Is it possible to limit contents of this email to specific categories (say a top level category & all of its sub categories)?
Or alternatively Disable this feature?

Search your Site Settings for ‘digest’ to find all the available settings for the digest email. You can suppress categories from the email with the ‘digest suppress categories’ setting. You can disable the email entirely with the ‘disable digest emails’ setting.
