# Digital Ocean vs Linode?

I saw you guys discussed hosted installation on digital ocean and Linode. May you please tell me what are the minimum CPU, RAM and other resources I need to have on a hosted installation. Also is there anything that make those two companies above preferred hosts for Discourse?
