In the installation instructions [here](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/main/docs/INSTALL-cloud.md#3-create-new-cloud-server), there’s a link to DigitalOcean and when I open it, I see this:

Since I’m new to DigitalOcean and Discourse, what does it really mean?
Does it mean that for 60 days I can add products from DigitalOcean that I would otherwise pay, up to $200?

For example, looking at their pricing page [here](https://www.digitalocean.com/pricing), there’s this:

 ![image](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/meta/original/4X/9/5/4/95486988295621f1de3c4314bd221469b381264b.png)

So using that discount, that means that I would be able to use this for 60 days, meaning, $8 total, so I would still have $192 for other products. Is that what it is?
