# Отключить сообщения, но разрешить пользователям связываться с администраторами и модераторами

Отключить обмен сообщениями, но разрешить пользователям связываться с администраторами и модераторами. Возможно ли это? Когда я отключаю эту функцию, администратор может отправлять сообщения пользователям, но пользователи не могут начать новое сообщение администраторам.
