# Disable PWA

How can I disable the PWA option on my communities?

We create our own apps for our communities and don’t want users getting confused.

Furthermore, is there a way to know how many people have downloaded the PWA?

Try uploading a .jpg file to the `manifest icon` site setting, then browsers won’t show the install button anymore.

That worked! Thanks! Now to just find out how many people downloaded the PWA…any ideas?
