# 禁用用户创建的每个新主题的回复选项

我最近安装了 discourse，但找不到任何选项可以默认禁用回复功能。我希望用户只能创建主题，而不能回复。

您是要求\_每个\_用户都有创建主题的权利，但没有人可以评论它们吗？
难道只将创建主题的权利授予少数用户（他们有不回复的纪律），而其他人只有读取访问权限，这还不够吗？
