# 이메일로 답변하는 기능 비활성화할 수 있나요?

안녕하세요,
저희 포럼에서 알림(포럼 이메일 주소에서 발송)을 받은 회원들이 포럼에 들어가서 답변하는 대신, 해당 이메일에 직접 답장을 보내는 경우가 많다는 것을 알게 되었습니다.
이것은 개인 메시지와 주제(토픽) 모두에 해당합니다.
말할 필요도 없이, 알림에 사용되는 이메일 주소가 제 것이기 때문에 답장을 제가 받게 됩니다.
이런 상황을 피하는 가장 좋은 방법은 무엇일까요?

이것은 이메일로 답장(Reply by Email) 기능이 작동한 것이 아니라, 해당 도메인이 당신에게 등록되어 있기 때문일 뿐입니다.
이 문제를 근본적으로 해결하려면, Reply By Email 기능을 구현하는 것을 고려해 보세요. 그러면 다시 이런 일이 발생해도 게시글이 올바르게 처리됩니다:
