# Disable unverified users to create topic

Yes, they do. You can try it yourself by creating and deleting a test user.

No, that’s right. 👍 The user on the left hand side in the staff action logs is the acting user, in this case system. And the username of the deleted account was ‘test’.

You can see the reason is ‘self-delete’ in the details on the right.
