# Disabling thumbnails on mobile breaks mobile view

Disabling thumbnails on mobile breaks the site. It basically enlarges all the photos on mobile by unchecking the don’t display on mobile.

Also a cool feature would be to have large thumbnails on mobile akin to [X.com](http://X.com) where the thumbnail could be below the text.

I can repro:

1. Disable **Mobile thumbnails**
2. Mobile layout is a mess
