# Discource is not loading on domain

I installed Discourse successfully on my ubuntu server. After that when I hit the URL, the app is not loading there. No error is even showing. What can be the issue? How do I debug this?

If that were true you’d not be posting.

Did you do a [standard install](https://meta.discourse.org/t/142537?silent=true)? Did discourse setup successfully see that the ports were open? My guess is that port 443 and 80 are blocked.
