Is this Meta installed as a PWA, or the DiscourseHub app?
Have you seen this on other sites, or in other Discourse topics? It looks like this prompt can come up when a site is looking for local network access, but I don’t see anything obvious that would trigger that in that specific topic… do you have an ad blocker installed? if you select “block” you shouldn’t notice any issues
