# Discourse backups not working - looking for someone who can fix it

Hello,

I have a Discourse forum where the option to download backups suddenly disappeared. The entire section where you can download the file is gone. At the same time, each time I requested to download a back up, the download link was e-mailed to me. Now this no longer happens.

If possible, I would like to fix it back to the former state.

At the same time, I would like to ask if someone would be able to automate the backups, so that a backup file is sent to my e-mail every day.

Please get back to me. I don’t know how much people normally charge for something like this.
