Reported here: https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-boosts-float-kit-will-clos…e-unexpectly-when-triggering-keyboard-on-ios-devices/413770 When tapping the boost input on mobile, the keyboard opens and this minor page scroll causes the boost menu to close, which prevents the user from being able to type into it. This change prevents the menu from closing when the input is focused, which keeps it open when the keyboard appears. Normal scrolling removes focus, so it still closes the menu (as added in https://github.com/discourse/discourse-boosts/pull/19)

该更改防止在输入框获得焦点时菜单关闭，从而修复了初始打开的问题，同时仍允许在滚动时正常关闭菜单。
