Nachtrag: Ich habe den Fehler und die Reproduktionsschritte vermutlich bestätigt.

Dieses Problem tritt scheinbar nur auf, wenn die Profileinstellung `hide_profile` aktiviert ist – dann scheint das Geburtsdatum-Feld bei der Profilbearbeitung nicht wie erwartet zu funktionieren (es wirkt, als würde es nicht gespeichert). Wenn `hide_profile` jedoch deaktiviert ist, wird das zuvor gespeicherte Geburtsdatum angezeigt. Ich vermute, dass dies hier eingeführt wurde:
