I think you’re looking for the `navigation menu` setting.
Your forum currently uses the _Header Dropdown_. You will need to set it to _Sidebar_.

It worked great! Strange it is not per-theme setting but it works.
Another question i couldn’t figure out how can i remove the welcome banner

It would seem it’s part of the theme settings.
Go to Admin → Themes → Central.
Look for the `blocks top` setting:
The banner is defined in the `block 1`:
You can delete here 👍 .

I want to try this theme big time
Unfortunately I have one problem, for some reason on this theme only, all of my icons are these orange folders
IDK why it is like this , i even uninstall and reinstall, its just with this theme
My category icons are all the same folder icon for some reason …
You know the different colored little square boxes for categories you can have all throughout the website? They are all replaced with this folder icon for some reason pls help

All I wanted were those Like and Reply buttons in the original Discourse theme. Unfortunately there is no way to install them yet.

You can probably do a `api.replaceIcon()` to achieve this.

There are several issues with this theme.
The bottom reply button is too narrow on #mobile as mentioned a few posts above:
The buttons on the topic list have no margins:
The AI Summarize option breaks the layout on #desktop only:
Also, the button’s text is cropped:

I believe the repo is [GitHub - discourse/discourse-central-theme: CENTRAL · GitHub](https://github.com/discourse/discourse-central-theme).
But since it’s experimental and not yet released, I suggest not using it in production.

I feel like an idiot and I have to be missing something but how do you make new topics??? I know there’s the button at the topic that let’s you make one and select the category, but is that the only way? There’s no way to make one in category that is already assigned to said category like normally?

Yeah, this needs to be done in a way that more people can understand it - it should say ‘new topic’ or “post” or something in plain english. If you have this issue, and I have this issue, there many people who don’t comment that have the same issue. This should be addressed. It’s the most important action on the whole of the app!
