# Discourse聊天列表界面（未读聊天数量消失）

您好，  
在最近的更新中，界面上新/未读聊天的数量消失了。请参见附件图片。它们现在是蓝点，以前是未读聊天的数量。您能否告知我们是否可以将此界面恢复为 **数字** 显示？

另外，我们尝试过每月将聊天记录归档到帖子功能中。我们发现备份在创建了一定数量的帖子/回复后就停止了。并非所有的聊天记录都得到了备份。请告知我们如何改进。谢谢。

作为改进带有新消息的\_线程\_频道指示器显示方式的一部分，我们决定移除\_频道\_的数量显示。我相信个人聊天仍然会显示数量。

我不确定前端是否仍然有数据可以进行自定义来恢复此功能。

我们目前不打算在用户界面中恢复此功能，但了解您为何怀念它将会有所帮助。

感谢您的澄清。这些反馈直接来自我们的用户。我们的社区大量使用频道聊天。他们中的一些人希望跟踪他们错过了多少新消息。但是，我不确定这些意见在多大程度上能代表更广泛的用户群。我会进一步了解。

这是我们社区的投票，抱歉是中文的，而且参与的人不多。结果显示74%的人仍然希望看到未读消息计数。
