Do you recall deleting a Post (or Topic) shortly after creating one?

This error will occur if you create a Post then delete it before it has chance to create an embedding, so when you delete it, Chatbot tries to delete a non-existent embedding which creates an annoying log message but does not harm 😉

If you can think of a better way of doing that, feel free to PR.
