1을 나타낼 때뿐만 아니라 1로 끝나는 다른 숫자(예: “20일 1일 후”)에도 "one"을 사용하는 언어가 있습니다. 따라서 영어에서도 count 변수를 일관되게 사용하는 것이 좋습니다. 이렇게 하면 번역가들이 이 점을 고려할 필요가 없어집니다.

또한 개수에 따라 복수형이 달라지는 언어(예: few, many, other)도 있어, Crowdin이 해당 텍스트가 복수형 처리가 필요함을 감지할 수 있도록 영어에 ‘one’ 버전을 추가해야 하는 경우가 있습니다. 이는 해당 텍스트가 실제로는 단수로 사용되지 않을 때도 마찬가지입니다. 이를 통해 번역가들이 다양한 버전을 입력할 수 있게 됩니다.
