# Discourse Data Explorer Query Response to Slack

Hello Noémi!

I don’t think this is possible out of the box. You could use a tool like [Zapier](https://zapier.com/apps/slack/integrations) to make a call to the Discourse API and run the queries you need (see more here [Run Data Explorer queries with the Discourse API](https://meta.discourse.org/t/how-to-run-data-explorer-queries-with-the-discourse-api/120063)) and then send those results to slack.

Discourse has a Slack integration through the [Chatroom Integration plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/chatroom-integration-plugin-discourse-chat-integration/66522) but as far as I know, [data explorer](https://meta.discourse.org/t/32566?silent=true) results cannot be sent to slack (check the Configuring Rules section).
