抱歉延迟回复 @Jonathan5，我刚刚尝试复现此问题但未能成功。我分别使用了普通&符号、智能引号以及 `&amp;`（不带反引号）进行测试，均无果。

我会暂时保留此问题一段时间，以防您（或其他人）再次遇到此问题并能提供截图。
