Project:  
Establishment of a professional, interactive online community for users of a modular B2B ERP software. The focus is on knowledge exchange, AI-powered self-help, moderated community support, and smart interface integration – embedded within an existing WordPress website.

Tasks:  
• Installation & technical setup of Discourse (Docker-based)  
• Implementation of a custom theme in corporate design (colors, logo, navigation)  
• Setup of the forum structure: categories, user groups, permissions & moderation  
• Integration of relevant plugins, including:  
✔ Discourse AI (GPT-powered response suggestion bot integration)  
✔ Gamification  
✔ SSO  
• Integration with WordPress (navigation, design alignment, potential menu sync)  
• Webhook integration (e.g., via Zapier) to Microsoft Teams

Technology Stack:  
• Discourse (Docker, Ruby, PostgreSQL)  
• WordPress (Custom Theme, potential REST interfaces)  
• Discourse Plugins: AI, Solved, Chat, Gamification, SSO  
• Integrations & Automation: Zapier, Microsoft Teams  
• Tools: GitHub, CLI, potential Make, Mail server, Cloudflare

Project Information:  
• Start: July 2025  
• Duration: approx. 4 weeks for setup & integration + optional support contract  
• Location: Remote  
• Language: German or English
