\*標準契約条項に関しては、第三国ごとの法令を詳細に評価する機会はありませんが、米国については、Schrems II判決の理由を重視する傾向にあります。判決の理由により、契約段階に関わらず、米国の個人データ処理者を利用する可能性は現在、事実上存在しません。したがって、AWS、GCP、AzureなどはGDPRに準拠していません。
