I am having similar issues. I’ve tested my token, as above, and it works, but I am not seeing any linkbacks. I’ve looked in the logs but can’t see anything, but perhaps I am not looking in the right place? I’m using a discourse hosted plan (Business) in case that is relevant.

My issue was solved by @dax (thanks!). I had lower-case organisation names in the configuration, but the repos have mixed lower and uppercase. GitHub is case-insensitive, and either work, but the plugin requires the case to match the name as shown on the relevant organisation.
