# Discourse is taking \`theme-color\` from \`header background\`

After installing my forum from the browser as `pwa` I noticed that my `header background` color and `theme-color`(`<meta name="theme-color" content="#21313c">`) are same. I tried a lot to change this but unable to do so.  
Please suggest how can I change this color in `meta theme-color`?

I just want to bump this.

This is problematic especially in dark mode where I want the theme color to be dark. It looks bad to have a light colored `theme-color` in dark mode. The `theme-color` doesn’t change with the dark mode color scheme
