# Discourse keep loading after upgrading

After I ran ./launcher rebuild app for upgrading from 2.9.0.beta11 to beta14 (which successfully completed) , neither the other users nor I could access the Discourse forum. It showed 5 dots moving endlessly.
Update: when disabling JavaScript it can show the contents
Update: Finally found that it is due to the customized theme.

Well that’s not going to help! No way the script can clone any required components. Have you contacted your VPS provider about this?

Yep have contacted and still waiting for the response. Cuz I found others have same error message in logs as well so wondering whether it is Discourse problem

The provider said they can ping the website so was not their fault.
Actually it can access the /admin/upgrade to upgrade, also can show contents when disable JavaScript.
