Had a quick glance at this, in the context of [this topic](https://meta.discourse.org/t/rebuild-fails-from-theme-error-site-wont-start/108713/10)

@gdpelican I think the issue is here:

This snippet will return the ID of the `theme_field`, not the ID of the `theme`.
