## 동기

공식적인 커뮤니티에서는 어떤 그룹이 내 카테고리에 접근할 수 있는지, 그리고 새 게시글에 대해 얼마나 많은 사용자에게 알림이 전송되는지 알고 싶어합니다.

## 기능

이 플러그인은 카테고리별 구성된 권한(누가 생성/응답/읽기를 허용받는지)에 대한 정보 상자를 활성화합니다.

모든 사용자는 구성 개요를 볼 수 있으며, 해당 그룹으로의 링크(가입 신청이 가능한 경우 표시)가 포함됩니다. 알림에 대한 통계도 표시됩니다.

이 정보는 bbcode `[reach-and-rights]`를 통해 게시글에도 포함할 수 있습니다.
