Concordo.

Dopo aver ripristinato il tuo vecchio database da un backup recente, e la ricostruzione sembra ancora bloccarsi dopo `initdb`, presumo che tu stia ospitando l’installazione di Discourse in [Cina continentale](https://meta.discourse.org/t/selfhost-discourse-in-mainland-china-under-the-gfw/347038).
