它以前保存在浏览器的 `localStorage` 中，但在 [FEATURE: Store rewind dismiss state in database instead of localStorage by ZogStriP · Pull Request #36625 · discourse/discourse · GitHub](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/36625) 合并后（大约 2 周前）就不再保存了。
