Hello,
I was wondering if somebody can setup Discourse for me. I have no idea how to do it and yes i have a Linux Ubuntu Server VPS.

I strongly recommend you work through it yourself and learn the ropes as you will need to support the installation so it will be only the beginning of the learning journey.
There are many posts here covering individual issues so if you get stuck use search.
