Looks like you are using [Top Contributors Sidebar](https://meta.discourse.org/t/top-contributors-sidebar/215110) which causes extra 6 API calls to draw the site homescreen, which can overwhelm a site that is running on the bare minimum resources like yours. I’d recommend removing it and checking if performance is any better.
