혹시 discourse-topic-organizer 플러그인도 @outofthebox에서 사용하시나요?

해당 플러그인은 앱이 부팅될 때 [수많은 ajax 요청을 생성](https://github.com/siddhudhangar/discourse-topic-organizer/blob/master/assets/javascripts/discourse/initializers/admin_button.js.es6#L45-L62)하는 것으로 보입니다. 카테고리 수가 많을 경우, 이는 속도 제한을 유발할 가능성이 매우 높습니다. (cc @Siddhu_Dhangar)
