# Discourse uppercase i (I) and lowercase L (l) being exactly the same

Hey, I’m new here so please let me know if this is in the right category (and if there are tags to add).

Lately \[1\], I’ve figured out that the discourse uppercase i (I) and lowercase L (l) looks exactly the same. I’m pretty sure the uppercase I is a bit bigger, but it’s too small of a difference. This allows people to impersonate people who have an uppercase i (I) or lowercase L (l) in their username. Will this be changed soon?

I think this depends on the font the forum uses. Maybe you want to try a different one by changing your `base font` and `heading font` site settings?
