I thought of another one - I am curious. Can you share some about the people you met at the conference? What are they working on and what brought them to the workshop?
This is worth thinking about for me too as community manager here. Of course we’re not planning a migration from Discourse 
but we are starting to make changes to how this community is set up and managed, and we have to make sure the community is included in the process. The Site feedback category has become my favorite place to hang out for that reason!
