Is it be possible to disable the animation from this plugin? Same functions just without the animation.
My site’s display does not seem to be clearing non active users, I have seen 25+ listed for days and our site has very little activity.

Can’t try it right now but it seems the CSS use transitions. Perhaps you can just override them?

Can I request this plugin be opened up to Business and Pro plans, as well? 
I’ve migrated a few phpBB forums over to hosted Discourse and everyone is used to some kind of Who’s Online banner or listing.
It just doesn’t seem like the kind of feature that should be reserved strictly for Enterprise customers, of which the paywall is significant.

We’d have to rewrite the plugin to perform better before offering it on lower tiers, right now this warning still applies:
Outside of our enterprise plan, hosting resources are shared so we have to be extra cautious about performance. I can investigate a little to see if the performance issues are something we can avoid now.
