# Discourse가 전달된 이메일을 받지 않으면서도 원래 발신자에게 성공과 오류 메시지를 동시에 보내는 이유는?

`support@mycompany.com`이 Discourse에서 메일을 받을 수 있도록 구성되었나요? 예를 들어 그룹 수신함 주소 또는 카테고리 주소로 설정되어 있는지요?

_그_ 부분이 핵심입니다. Discourse는 SMTP 엔벨로프를 볼 수 없으며 메일 본문만 확인합니다. `mycompany-category-1@discoursemail.com`으로의 블라인드 포워딩은 Discourse에서 표시되지 않습니다.
