设置 [Discourse Connect](https://meta.discourse.org/t/13045?silent=true) Provider 后，Discourse 是否仍会发送电子邮件，Discourse 是否仍会向 WP 用户发送电子邮件通知？

如果某人是 WP 用户但从未访问过论坛，与某人是 WP 用户但正在访问论坛，这两种情况是如何运作的？
