什么硬件？是您在住宅 ISP 下的台式电脑？数据中心里的 VPS？AWS EC2？

这是一台企业级服务器（PowerEdge R630），目前暂寄在我朋友家机架中。据我所知，路由器中没有会阻止它的防火墙规则，但如果需要，我可以访问并检查那里的设置。

看起来他的互联网服务提供商（ISP）像大多数ISP一样，阻止连接到Discourse所需的443和80端口。

我本来写了一整篇回复，说明 IP 不是问题所在，然后我才意识到那个 IP 上的 80/443 端口实际上被一个运行在单独 Proxmox 集群中的 nginx 容器占用了，该集群由于固件更新失败（未达到法定人数）而处于离线状态。这就是我是一名系统管理员而不是网络管理员的原因 💔

除非我更改它运行的 IP 地址，否则我是否对此无能为力？有多个 IP 地址可用（5 个），但该特定服务器所在的 VLAN 始终使用 213 IP。
